Ben Deibler’s game has the whole sports world talking, but not the game that you would expect from the Little League World Series.

The Vermont shortstop came up to bat yesterday against Massachusetts and up came his bio with a little fun fact below his name. Instead of telling the world about his hidden talent or something about his childhood, Deibler used this opportunity to profess his crush on his Teacher – Sup Mrs. Stevens?

Deibler’s game was impressive on the field as well though, as he hit a two-run single and started a 6-3 double play in the third inning to hold off a rally by Massachusetts in the third inning. Their team stayed alive in the New England regional tournament, so if he is able to help his team advance, his love letter could get an even larger audience in the actual Little League World Series.

For his future scouting report, confidence is definitely one box that will be check off by all scouts who are paying attention. This kid is definitely not afraid to shoot his shot.
