The Wild and Blackhawks have kind of become rivals in recent years, whether the fans or players would like to admit it or not.

The Central Division foes have met in the playoffs three times in the last four seasons, and this season they're locked in an intense battle for the top spot in the Pacific.

Tuesday night, Minnesota and Chicago squared off in the home of the Wild, but before the game something noteworthy happened, a couple got married on the ice.

Now, you're probably thinking, that's not that big of a deal, but it was when you take into account that the husband was a Blackhawks fan and the wife was a Wild fan.

It's not uncommon for fans of different teams to get married, but it was a bold move for the Blackhawks fan to do it in Minnesota.

At least there was no fighting between families, though, as they didn't let their fandom get the best of them.

Kent was right in saying it doesn't get any better than Wild versus Blackhawks as the game lived up the billing.

Unfortunately for the blushing bride, Jonathan Toews had a five-point night in a 5-3 win as the Hawks moved five points back of the Wild for first place in the Division.
