On Monday, Adidas announced the release date for the new jerseys every team will be wearing come next season.

Teams then proceeded to give fans a tease of their new Adidas jerseys on Twitter once the release date was made official.

June 20th is less than a week away, so hockey fans won't have to wait that much longer for the new jerseys to be revealed, but until then, Adidas gave fans yet another tease of what their NHL sweaters will look like.

In case you missed it, there were four distinct images shown in the video.

Before you try and guess which team's jersey this is, we're pretty confident in saying that this is just a generic black and white jersey that isn't associated with any teams.

As Chris Creamer of sportslogos.net pointed out, though, there are some interesting things to note about the pictures.

"Right off the bat, hey, this looks like a World Cup of Hockey jersey. The dotted-pattern on the shoulders, the numbers, and the collar immediately look familiar to the tournament held back in September."

"Speaking of the numbers, those are interesting aren’t they?  Looks like they’re printed onto a single layer, a single piece of fabric - in this example both the 1 and 7 of 17 are together rather than a separate “1"and “7" as we would’ve seen forever. The numbers then appear to be pressed onto the jersey rather than stitched."

For reference, here's a Canada jersey from the World Cup of Hockey:

Creamer also goes more in depth on the numbers and the collar which includes the NHL shield and you can read his article here.
