The sports world witnessed something many thought they wouldn't see in their lifetime last year, a Chicago Cubs World Series win.

The victory 108 years in the making ended the drought of all droughts and restored hope for all fans who cheer for a team that hasn't won a title in a long, long time.

Obviously waiting was the hardest part, but it actually made the title win that much more memorable and meaningful.

Thanks to the @nhlblackhawks for letting us #FlyTheW at the Madhouse on Madison! #OneCity

Monday night, the Cubs returned to Wrigley for the first time since winning the World Series, and not even a little rain could stop them, from raising their championship banner and showing off the trophy.

Together, we raise the banners. #ThatsCub

A new era has begun in Chicago, and we couldn't be happier as sports fans.

As for the actual game against the Dodgers, Chicago has a 1-0 lead through 3, and you can watch the game on TSN2.
