As the years advance, so does technology and its ability to become more intellectual. We’ve seen the power of Apple’s popular intelligent personal assistant, Siri, than can just about tell you anything (make sure you don't cuss at her, though).

Other tech companies have followed suit in creating their versions of Siri: Google Play has Google Assistant, Microsoft has Cortana, and Amazon has Alexa.

While most of the assistants will tell you basic information that’s readily available across the internet, Alexa seems to have reached out the millennial demographic with her strong knowledge of the sport of basketball including a particular superstar's nickname.

Alexa even knows what Butler’s nickname. She’s a big fan of the Timberwolves, but has a special place in her heart for a now defunct franchise.

Amazon's headquarters are located in Seattle, so you can understand why there's an allegiance to the SuperSonics. So why is Alexa such a big fan of the T-Wolves now?

We asked Siri who her favourite basketball player is and she informed us that she’s not a fan of b-ball. We should note that other operators of Alexa have noted that she says the same thing on their devices, so her love for Butler, the T-Wolves and SuperSonics wasn't user programmed.

I think we like Alexa the most out of all personal assistants.
