There's a reason why Jaromir Jagr has been able to last this long in the NHL and play at an extremely high level, he keeps his body right.

Between eating right, which we assume he does, and working out and training, which we know he does, Jagr has been able to outplay his age, and it's been impressive to watch to say the least.

Part of the training process, though, is adapting and finding new ways to improve, and as Jagr showcased on his Facebook page for all hockey players looking to improve, he is certainly trying different workouts to improve at the age of 44.

The legend of Jagr continues to grow, and with only 6 goals this season, it's just incredible to see that a player of his age is looking for a new way to improve that number.

With so much turmoil happening in Florida in regards to the front office, one thing is certain, the young players are in good hands if they choose to follow in Jagr's footsteps on and off the ice.

Although Jagr's goal total didn't change Tuesday night, he still contributed with three assists in a 4-3 Florida win, and the three points tied the ageless one with Mark Messier for second place on the all-time points list.
