It took Auston Matthews just one season to become arguably the city of Toronto's biggest sports star after an incredible rookie season.

Matthews broke or tied team and league rookie records on his way to helping the Leafs make the playoffs and push the Capitals to six games.

While many fans would say the most impressive thing about Matthews is incredible talent on the ice, his coach feels differently, as Mike Babcock told Darren Dreger in the lastest edition of Dreger Café:

So, Leafs fans, not only have you got the next big star in the NHL on your team, but he's just as incredible a person as he is a hockey player, and that's very important, too.
