Professional middleweight boxers Hassan N’Dam N’Jikam and Alfonso Blanco went toe-to-toe in Saint-Denis, France on Saturday evening. Both fighters entered the bout with impressive professional records, as N’Jikam entered Saturday’s contest with a 34-2 record and Blanco entered undefeated with a 12-0 record. With the interim WBA middleweight title on the line, the fight did not go as expected.

(Note: The fight starts around the 1:50 mark)

All it took was a little over 20 seconds and less than 5 punches thrown by N’Jikam to knock his opponent out cold. You can tell by the reaction on Blanco’s face that he has no idea what just happened, and you can’t even blame him. It’s always impressive when a fighter can get a victory in less time than it took to introduce them before the fight. It’s even more impressive that N’Jikam was able to knock out someone with an undefeated record that early into the fight.
