Bryce Harper is one of baseball’s most prolific players, and he’s a pretty polarizing player within the baseball world.

He’s the player that wore the first “Make Baseball Fun Again” hat last season, and he got into a heated exchange with Jonathan Papelbon. He plays with a lot of flair, and that’s a sure way to make some enemies in the game of baseball – just ask Jose Bautista. One of those enemies for Harper is clearly Hunter Strickland.

Harper hit two massive home runs off of Strickland in 2014, and this is what happened in their first match up since.

Bryce #Harper charged the mound in San Francisco after Hunter #Strickland hit him with a pitch.

In case you’re wondering if Harper connected, this is a pretty good angle:

Another big point of conversation is Harper’s helmet throw as he started his charge. It’s clear that his intention was to throw it at Strickland, but it slips out of his hand, resulting in a 50 Cent-style toss.

People may be hard on Harper for this reaction, but throwing at someone for being better than you two years after the fact is childish.
