The Washington Capitals franchise tends to carry a certain reputation when it comes to playoff woes. Finding a way to lose a series after holding a two-game lead 10 times is an almost impressive form of defeat.

At Capitals practice on Tuesday, NHL writer J.J. Regan spotted some writing in sharpie on the boards at the Kettler Capitals Iceplex. He took a picture of the writing, which said "Y'all better make it past the 2nd round."
