Nathan Shields is an artist, but apparently he’s also some sort of cook.

Shields uses his skills with pancake batter to create the heads of famous athletes. Pancake art is one of those art forms that doesn’t display how impressive the finished product is until the final reveal. When Shields flips the 'cake, it is surprising how detailed the edible picture is.

Shields has been creating pancake art for years, and he is not limited to just athletes. He creates showbiz celebrities, landscapes, and cartoon characters amongst other imaginative pancakes. For now, we appreciate his recognition of the world of sports through his unique art form.
