Carson Wentz gets a loud ovation for removing Cowboys fan's hat during NFL Draft event

The 2017 NFL Draft got underway in Philadelphia on Thursday night and the crowd was a lot rowdier than usual.

With the event being held in the City of Brotherly Love, Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz was in town to welcome aboard the Eagles’ first round draft pick, Derek Barnett, after the team’s selection.

However, just because the draft is taking place in Philadelphia it doesn’t mean that it’s only Eagles fans in attendance.

Earlier in the day there was a giant fan event that took place. Wentz happened to be in attendance as this event, and did something that made every Eagles fan smile.

As a Dallas Cowboys fan approached Wentz while getting showered in 'boo’s' from the Philly faithful, the Eagles quarterback made a decision that earned him a loud ovation.

It’s clearly all in good fun, but no one expected to Wentz to actually remove the Cowboys fan’s hat. If he hasn’t won over the hearts of Eagles fans already, this certainly sealed it.
