The Cincinnati Cyclones and Indy Fuel will go head-to-head in ECHL action next weekend, but it’s not going to be a typical game. We’re used to seeing teams host special nights, but very rarely do we see both teams take part in the special event.
On Saturday, February 25, the Cyclones will play host to the Fuel for their Nickelodeon Night, featuring the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and they have some pretty awesome jerseys to match.
These don’t even really look like hockey jerseys, but we’re guessing the fans are going to get a good kick out of them. The Cyclones didn’t just make special jerseys for themselves, though. The Fuel will be rocking some Shredder-themed jerseys, since they’re the visitors and technically the bad guys for the night.
These are definitely some of the most creative jerseys we have seen a team design, especially since they hooked up their opponents with some special jerseys of their own.
Since it’s Nickelodeon Night featuring the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, all slices of pizza are only $1. Hockey and $1 pizza, it doesn’t get much better than that.
