Last week, you might remember seeing Alabama softball slugger Bailey Hemphill hit a massive home run. If you don’t remember it, we’ll refresh your memory for you.
The Alabama freshman came through with one of the weirdest sports bloopers of all-time as she smoked a home run, but was called out at the end of the play due to not touching home plate.
On Wednesday night, Hemphill smoked her 7th home run of the season, and this time she made sure to touch every base before heading back to the dugout.
Clearly the team had some fun at Hemphill’s expense as they crowded home plate and made sure she touched home plate this time around.
As for Hemphill, she was a good sport about the entire thing.
Everyone makes mistakes, but they sting a little more when they’re caught on camera. Glad to see she was able to bounce back nicely from last week’s blooper.
