You know what makes a live hockey game even better? Getting the chance to see a dog rappelling down onto the ice from the rafters.

Monday evening the Dallas Stars held 'Veterans Appreciation Night.' During the first intermission, non-profit organization 'Rebuilding Warriors' presented a service K9 named Patty to a US Army Special Forces Green Beret. As they did for the ceremonial puck drop, the Stars had the dog make its way to the ice by rappelling it down from the very top of the American Airlines Arena.

That's one brave dog! Clearly Patty was unfazed by the journey down to centre-ice, as not only did she appear super calm as she made her way down, she also had a nice big smile on afterward.
