Right now, the NBA is a two team league, and while the Celtics and Spurs will fight hard to prove that's not the case, basketball fans are just waiting for the third straight Warriors versus Cavaliers NBA Finals.

After Golden State swept Portland in the first round, star point guard Damian Lillard delivered a great quote about how the Warriors are going to be the team to beat for a long time.

At the end of the day, whether you face the Warriors in the first round of the Conference Finals, any time wanting to win a championship is going to have to go through Golden State, and that's easier said than done.

Apparently some fans don't agree with that though, and Monday night they tried to chirp Lillard for his lack of playoff success up to this point.

Lillard is a very confident person, so it's no surprise he fired back at this fan.

His response, however, led to another fan chiming in, and that's when things got real.

Game over.

Yes, Lillard hasn't led the Blazers past the Warriors, but only one team has in the last two seasons (Cleveland), so it's kind of difficult to have success in the playoffs when you run into one of the best teams of this generation two seasons in a row.

Plus, Lillard is one of the only reasons why Portland put up a fight as he has averaged more points per game in the playoffs in his career than in the regular season.
