Ronda Rousey's loss at UFC 207 was shocking, even if you didn't think she would win going into the fight.

Although the aftermath of the loss has been devastating, big names like Jon Jones and Floyd Mayweather have shown their support for Rousey and they, along with many other people, want to see her get back up and give it another go.

In her first social media interaction since the loss, it seemed as though Ronda felt the same way and wanted to get back inside the octagon.

While that still may in fact be true, Dana White gave a pessimistic update on Rousey's future on the UFC Unfiltered podcast that is sure to make her fans and everyone that loved watching her sad.

"Her spirits are good and she's doing her own thing," White said. "In the conversation I had with her, if I had to say right here, right now -- and I don't like saying right here, right now because it's up to her, it's her thing -- but I wouldn't say she fights again. I think she's probably done.

"I think she's going to ride off in the sunset and start living her life outside of fighting."

Amanda Nunes echoed White's feelings after she beat Rousey, but at the end of the day, we just won't know until she makes the decision.

That being said, as much as we'd love to see her back in the octagon and truly ride off into the sunset after a victory, there's nothing left for her to accomplish.

She will forever be one of the greatest UFC fighters of all-time, and she put female fighting on the map by herself.  That's a pretty good legacy if we do say so ourselves.
