It turns out that Devin Booker is just as awesome off the court as he is on it.
The Suns point guard, who will represent his team at this Tuesday’s NBA draft, has invited 11 year-old Special Olympian Noah Smith to join him. Smith, who is a huge fan of the team, was ecstatic when he discovered the news.
This is the second consecutive year that Booker will be escorted by a fan with special needs. Last year, he brought 16-year-old Jenna Warren.
Good on the 20-year-old for understanding his influence in the community and making two young fans’ dreams come true. The team will select second-overall, so make sure to look out for Noah on draft night.
