Spring training is a time for baseball players to really just work out the kinks, rehab any injuries and prepare for the regular season, so it's fair to say that not many noteworthy highlights come out of spring training.

Josh Donaldson, however, went against the grain in a recent game and gave everyone a highlight as he crushed a home run and walked right back to the dugout.

The reason Donaldson didn't run the bases is that he's recovering from a calf injury and he's not allowed to run.

University of Texas assistant coach Sean Allen apparently wasn't aware of that, though, so he took to Twitter to rip Donaldson apart for going straight to the dugout.

Harsh to say the least, and it got Donaldson's attention as he fired back at the coach.

Allen immediately apologized for his harsh remarks after Donaldson's response.
Safe to say the Bringer of Rain came down on Allen with all of his might, and he later shared some advice with the Twitter world that everyone would useful.
