When it comes to global superstars, Drake is easily in that category and he also loves sports.

His relationship with the Raptors is well documented, but there are countless sports references in his songs and he also is friends with a ton of big names, like Stephen Curry and LeBron James, for example.

Drake's HAW (Houston Appreciation Week) is this week and on Thursday, it officially started with a charity barbecue.

While in Houston, Drake met up with a couple of athletes fans probably recognize.

J.J. Watt of the Houston Texans and Kealia Ohai, captain of the Houston Dash and member of the US Women's National team are the two with Drake in the awesome picture.

Speaking of soccer, Drake and Watt also got the chance to take the field during the Manchester Derby at NRG Stadium.
