The launch of EA Sports’ NHL 18 is on September 15th, and fans of hockey’s most popular video game are looking forward to the release much like the upcoming NHL season.
Here at BarDown, we’ve been highlighting some of the new features in this year’s rendition, like the new Stanley Cup celebration, Hockey Canada and EA coming together to allow authentic Team Canada jerseys in the game for the first time ever, and some of the new game play.
In EA’s trailer for NHL 18, fans found out that you’ll be able to play as mascots in the new NHL three-on-three mode.
If you head over to EA’s website, you’ll notice that they’ve dedicated a whole section of section of the websites that features a biography, a playing style and a promo video for each mascot. Some of the descriptions are pretty funny and accurate.
