Nashville is officially a hockey city. The fans of the predators have been a committed group for a while now, as they average over 100 percent capacity this season (100.3% according to ESPN).
Still, seeing this seals the deal. While they’re not being destructive to their own city, these Predators fans are showing why the team and city has the motto “Smashville”. In the middle of a party in the streets, fans of the team were smashing, dancing on and ultimately flipping a car with Blackhawks logos painted on it.
Combine that with their star-studded country lineup and rowdy crowds and Nashville seems like a must-hit spot for people looking to get the hockey playoff experience.
We’ll be cheering on the Predators for this fan base, because clearly their thirsty for some more playoff hockey.
