Obviously NHL players don't want to be golfing when the playoffs roll around, but in the summer, golf is like a second sport for hockey's brightest stars.

The cool thing about the summer is that most players host golf tournaments for charity and a bunch of other players come out to show their support for a great cause.

Friday, the Johnny Gaudreau Scholarship Tournament took place in New Jersey and the Flames forward had some fun doing a stunt that Calgary fans probably don't want him trying again any time soon.

With Trevor Consavage swinging the club, Gaudreau was always in good hands, but we've seen trust shots go very wrong in the past so there is always a chance of that happening.

The trust shot may have been the highlight of a wonderful tournament that provides families with financial need the opportunity to give their child an education at Gloucester Catholic High School as all proceeds fund student tuition assistance.
