In 2016, Eric Lindros finally got the call for the Hockey Hall of Fame, and now during the 2017-18 NHL season, The Big E will have his No. 88 Philadelphia Flyers’ jersey lifted into the rafters at the Wells Fargo Center.

On Monday, the Flyers announced they would retire No.88 in a pre-game ceremony on January 18th, 2018, during the team’s game against the Toronto Maple Leafs.

The Big E finished his NHL career with 865 points in 760 games, playing 486 of those with the Flyers, and scoring 290 goals and 369 assists with the club.
