About a week ago, the Washington Capitals re-signed right winger Andre Burakovsky to a two-year, $6 million deal.

The 22-year-old was selected 23rd overall in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft, and his 12 goals and 23 assists in 64 games last season helped the Caps make an easy decision in re-signing him.

After the deal was announced, some Capitals players past and present began congratulating him on the contract. One of those players was Michael Latta, who commented about the number of shoes he would now be able to purchase.

That’s when the “yea rights” began flowing in from other former and present Caps’ teammates.

We’re assuming WWSD is an acronym for “What Would Stick Do?” and we’ll order ten bracelets right now. But we desperately want to be in on the “yea rights” inside joke.

While not all of these players remain Caps, it seems like these guys made friends for life while playing for Washington. Gotta love the chemistry hockey players form over years of playing together.
