Who else but Sebastian Giovinco?

Heading into Toronto FC's match versus Atlanta United on Sunday, the Reds needed either a win or a draw on Decision Day to break the all-time MLS record for most points in a regular season. TFC fell behind in the first half after giving away a penalty, but Altidore squared things up. Unfortunately for TFC, Atlanta did not intend on making things easy for the away team, with Josef Martinez scoring the go ahead goal.

With less than 10 minutes to go in the game, and TFC's chance at making MLS history hanging in the balance, up stepped Giovinco to take a late-game free-kick. Once again...the Atomic Ant was mre than up to the challenge.

World Class free-kick.

Honest question...has any player managed to become a team's undisputed legend in such a short amount of time? It's take Seba just three seasons to cement his place in TFC history as the club's top player.

Toronto FC enters the MLS playoffs as the number one seed in the East, and will play either the New York Red Bulls, Atlanta United or the Columbus Crew in the conference semifinals later this month.
