St. Louis Blue forward Vladimir Tarasenko has racked up 22 assists this season, good for 5th on the NHL leaderboard. But from where we stand, that tally is one light of what the Russian winger's count really should be.

Monday, a Blues fan found themselves in need of assistance at a road side stop, and guess who lent their silky smooth mitts to help out with changing a tire? None other than Tarasenko himself.

Better mark that down as 23 helpers for Tarasenko on the season. Tarasenko ended up adding a goal on the night, but unfortunately the Blues fell to the Oilers in overtime. Regardless of the result, we would have to say that Tarasenko won the day with his generosity.
