For the better part of our collective childhoods here at BarDown we have been playing sports video games. NHL, FIFA, NBA 2K, Madden, NCAA College Baseball, Rockstar Table Tennis...you name it we've played it.
So what happens when you spend just as much time in front of a screen playing sports games as you do watching live sporting events? Every thought we have gets passed through a distinct, pixel based filter. With that we present to you our newest series...Thumb League.
This week we pay homage to the classic 90's cartoon show, the Animaniacs, taking their 'Good Idea, Bad Idea' segment and applying it to NHL 17.
In case you're unfamilar with the hit animated show, we strongly recommend you seek down the DVD box sets (not streaming anywhere yet :-(). But for now, get your self started off by watching a compilation of some of their finest 'Good Idea, Bad Idea' segements.
