On Tuesday, the New York Islanders unveiled their new team campus at the Northwell Health Ice Center, the team's practice facility which is located very close to Nassau Coliseum.

The two buildings are nothing alike, though, and that became very clear throughout the day as the team shared pictures of their new locker room and lounge.

If you thought the pictures were nice, wait until you take the virtual video tour and get a look at the rest of the facility:

As per the Islanders website, "the team campus serves two purposes: player performance and player comfort."

"For performance, the Islanders have a sprawling training facility, highlighted by a Cryogenic chamber, a 20-person cold tub and an underwater treadmill. They have a brand-new gym, with a long, turf field, as well as free weights and machines."

We imagine the training facility and players lounge has helped the Islanders in some way as they've started the season 7-4-1.
