Wednesday night, Jaromir Jagr made his highly anticipated debut with the Calgary Flames in Los Angeles, thus starting a new chapter of his Hall of Fame career.

#JaromirJagr is 45-years-old and still going strong as he prepares for another #NHL season.

Jagr played 13:38 and didn't register a shot in Calgary's 4-3 overtime win against the Kings, but he did provide fans with a number of incredible GIF-worthy moments, one of which stands out above the rest.

Jagr booped (bopped?) his new teammate Matt Bartkowski and it just made us love the legend even more.

Even though Jagr is 45-years-old, he plays the game with the passion and charisma of a kid and that's one of the things that makes him so enjoyable to watch and be teammates with.
Jagr will look to get his first shot and point of the season when the Flames take on the Senators Friday.
