Every game in the postseason is a big one, but Game 3 between the Anaheim Ducks and Nashville Predators is pretty massive considering the recent bad blood between the two teams.

Locked in a 1-1 tie in the series and both teams looking sharper than ever, each team is looking to get the upper-hand in the series and inch one step closer to the Stanley Cup Final.

The #Ducks even the series with the #Predators, with a 5-3 victory in Game 2.

After taking Game 2 by a score of 5-3, Anaheim was looking to make it two in a row on Tuesday night and got off to the start they were hoping for.

Late in the second period, Corey Perry beat Pekka Rinne on the power play from a nearly impossible angle to give his team a 1-0 lead. Ducks enforcer Jared Boll was serving a fighting penalty at the time of the goal, and couldn’t help but laugh at how ridiculous Perry’s goal was.

Considering Boll was getting an earful from Predators fans moments before this goal, Perry helped Boll make his time in the penalty box a little more enjoyable.

The birthday boy’s goal has the Ducks one period away from going up 2-1 in the series.

The #Ducks hope to get Corey Perry the best birthday present tonight: A Game 3 win against the #Predators.
