Thursday night against Boston, Jaromir Jagr made history once again in front of the Florida faithful as he moved into second on the all-time points list, passing Mark Messier for good.

What makes the accomplishment more impressive is that Jagr is 44-years-old.

People aren't supposed to be playing in the NHL at that age, let alone breaking records, but Jagr isn't human, meaning he can do whatever he wants.  In all seriousness, Jagr is an absolute legend.  He's worked so hard to get his body right to just play at his age, but that hard work has also translated into more milestones.

While career point 1,888 wasn't pretty, it was an assist off of Jagr's backside, it still counts.  Upon passing Messier with the assist, the Panthers stopped the game and interviewed Jagr on the ice and asked him about the assist, to which he had the most legendary answer.

What did we tell you, legendary.

You rarely see a game stopped like that for an on-ice interview, but if anyone deserves it, it's Jagr.
