Watching Shaquille O'Neal, DeAndre Jordan, and Dwight Howard over the years, we've seen some terrible free throws, but New York Knicks' Joakim Noah may have taken the cake for worst of all-time on Monday night.
With the Knicks struggling the way they have been this season, adding insult to injury isn't exactly something we want to pile on the team, but Noah is making it impossible not to. During their game against the Indiana Pacers on Monday night, Noah put up a free throw even he knew was terrible.
You can actually pinpoint the second when his heart knows it's going to be a terrible, terrible air ball replayed over and over on worst play of the week segments.
