John Cena is a man of many talents. His resume includes jobs such as professional wrestler, actor, rapper and reality TV show host. The 39-year-old has been a professional wrestler for nearly 20 years and shares the record for the most World Championships (16) with the legendary Ric Flair.

With that being said, it’s safe to say that Cena has learned a thing or two about nutrition and fitness over his wrestling career, especially since he’s been able to perform at the highest level for nearly his entire professional career. In a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, Cena explained why bench press is the most worthless test of skill at the NFL Combine and called out the league for needing to improve the way it tests players’ strength.

This isn’t the first time Cena has called out the league for the way it tests strength at the combine. Back in October of 2015, Cena shared this video on his Twitter account, pretty much proving to the NFL that the amount of weight someone can bench press doesn’t necessarily mean anything when you’re looking for a full-time NFL player.

Considering Cena is a human tank and almost 40-years-old, we’re going to have to take his side on this one.
