Whether it be for school or a team photo, picture day is, for the most part, always an enjoyable experience.
Take last year's Capitals' team picture day, for example. The internet and Justin Williams enjoyed it due to his epic hair.
The bed head look was one of a kind, but this year, Williams is trying to top it, and he's asking for advice from hockey fans everywhere to do so.
If we had to place a vote, we're a fan of the classic look, but upon further inspection, we hope Williams considers some of the direct replies to his tweet, because the hairstyles are awesome.
All incredible suggestions, but only one will be the winner, and we won't find out until March 27th, also know as the day the Caps take their team picture.
