One of the keys to being a confident hockey player is having solid flow. Sure, it's not entirely imperative to playing well (but like, it is), however those who do have sick flow do enjoy a magical boost to their game that just can't quite be encapsulated by words.

When Kings captain Anze Kopitar first touched down in Los Angeles in 2005, he arrived in Hollywood with the style of haircut that would make any surfer out on the Santa Monica Pier jealous. Since then he's tamed his hair, and the NHL has noticed.

Kopitar came across the shared image, and he agreed, he has changed. But judging by his response he certainly believes he's changed for the better.

Before you even think to say it, or google the images to go with your tweets -- yes, circa 2005 Kopitar does kind of resemble 90's Brendan Fraser, something that few people pointed out on Twitter.

Perhaps Kopitar will take a cue from Jaromir Jagr and bring back an old look? Unlikely.
