Edmonton Oilers defenseman Eric Gryba is classically Canadian and he proved that this weekend at Jared Cowen’s wedding.
Gryba, Zack Smith and Mark Borowiecki were all in attendance and when Gryba tweeted out a photo of their crew at the wedding, Kyle Turris noticed something he thought was a little bizarre. His former teammate noticed that Gryba’s pants weren’t like the ones in the rest of the photo.
Many may think it’s an unusual choice for a wedding, but it’s a classic Canadian choice. Of course, everyone knows about the Canadian tuxedo and Gryba is a stereotypical Canadian. He loves to fish, he loves to hunt, he loves hockey and, of course, he loves his jean.
And you can be sure that he grabbed his best pair for the special occasion.
