Saturday, the Toronto Maple Leafs will play their first home game of the season at the Air Canada Centre, and players will have a new good luck charm to help inspire them as they exit the team locker room.

Before the start of the Leafs game versus the Rangers, Mark Masters shared an imagine of a new wall installation design located in the lower bowl of the ACC that features the words honour, pride, and courage alongside a list of every former Leaf who has their name engraved on the Stanley Cup.

When asked about the new design, Leafs star Auston Matthews expressed how much he'll enjoy getting to walk past it at each home game.

Who knows, perhaps if the Leafs' young core continues to exceed expectations, they may just be seeing their own names engraved on the wall sooner than they think.
