LeBron James seems to be in a really good mood these days, and it likely has a lot to do with the Cavaliers improving their title hopes with the addition of his good pal Dwyane Wade.

Tuesday, the Cavaliers held their annual 'Wine & Gold' scrimmage, a practice game between members of Cleveland's squad. While LeBron James didn't suit up for the scrimmage, as he's still sidelined with an ankle injury, he still made his presence felt on the court. During the warm-ups LeBron was spotted joking around with teammate Channing Frye. The two began to shadow box with one another, and seemed like LeBron was a whole lot more into it that Frye was.

You wouldn't want to get dunked on by LeBron James, and you DEFINITELY would not want to get punched by him either. So we totally understand Frye bobbing and weaving out of the way, ensuring that he didn't accidentally catch a fist to the face during their friendly play fight.

That would be a pretty embarrassing way to end up on the injury list.
