That's it folks...the 2016/17 NHL season has ended with the Pittsburgh Penguins repeating as Stanley Cup Champions.

The Penguins saved their best for late, scoring with just under two minutes to go in the third period before adding an empty netter to clinch their second Stanley Cup in as many years. While the Penguins victory answered the question of who the best team in hockey was this year, new questions were raised as well. Questions like...has Sidney Crosby eclipsed Mario Lemieux's legacy in Pittsburgh? Where does the Penguins dynasty rank amongst the best all-time teams? And as Roberto Luongo pondered, was this Garry Bettman's best chance to not get booed?

Here are the best reactions to the Penguins repeating as Stanley Cup champions.

Of course, what would a reaction post be without a few hot takes?

While many were discussing Crosby's place in history after the Penguins captain won his second-straight Conn Smythe trophy, some were more focused on Phil Kessel winning his second Stanley Cup.

The fans at the 'Temple of the Phil' are going to sleep well tonight, as are Penguins fans. So long hockey, we're going to miss you over the summer, but we thank you for yet another fantastic season!
