Marshawn Lynch is one of the more polarizing characters in all of sports.

The running back made his return to football recently with a cryptic late-night tweet saying, "I'm Thankfull!!!! Yes Lawd!!!!" That's how he announced his big return to football, where he wouldn't be playing for the Seattle Seahawks, but rather his hometown Oakland Raiders. Not the most customary way to go about a return, but an entertaining one nonetheless.

On Good Morning Football on Wednesday, Canadian former NFL wide receiver Nate Burleson discussed a morning workout routine Beast Mode has, and it's equally as bizarre:

@beastmode's early morning workout... 😳

It's really the perfect workout routine for a guy like Lynch. The 100 push-ups and sit-ups are pretty common, but the fact he essentially does them half asleep and then goes back to bed is amazing.

 It sounds like the running back will be physically ready for his return to the NFL this September.
