If every day you wake up and count down how many days until the NHL season, who better to do it with than three of the league’s most exciting players.
Together, Connor McDavid, Sidney Crosby and Brent Burns exemplify everything there is to love about hockey. The commitment these athletes have to their craft, the speed at which they’re able to perform unbelievable feats of athleticism and of course the goofy toothless beasts that can be found in dressing rooms across the globe.
That’s what this commercial is all about and it could not get us more pumped for hockey season.
Of course, for many people there really is no offseason any more. The offseason is still spent playing summer hockey and doing dryland training to try and be better for the real season next year. Still, it’s not the same. Getting back to your regular team in the fall is the what everyone waits all year for and it’s almost here.
In fact, for all you young folk, you might already be back in tryouts and exhibition games. For the rest of us, we’re stuck watching training videos and trying to pull off anything close to what these pros do in their drills.
