Since just about everyone expected the Maple Leafs to get steamrolled by the best team in hockey in this opening series, the Leafs have already accomplished a lot by taking two of the first five games and pushing the series to Game 6.

It turns out the Leafs are a lot more confident now after their strong showing early on in the playoffs and their ability to keep up with the Capitals on a nightly basis. They’re so confident that head coach Mike Babcock had a special message for every Verizon Center employee following Friday night’s loss.

Game 6 goes Sunday night at the Air Canada Centre.
