On Monday, August 21, 2017, parts of North America will be treated to a rare total solar eclipse.

Stretching from Salem, Oregon to Charleston, South Carolina, people will be able to see the moon completely cover the sun which will expose the sun’s atmosphere, while people outside that path will be treated to a partial solar eclipse.

In preparation for the rare occasion, the Columbia Fireflies, the Class A affiliate of the New York Mets, will rock some pretty cool glow-in-the-dark uniforms when they host the Rome Braves on August 21.

The game will begin at 1:05pm ET, so the special glow-in-the-dark feature on the uniforms should go into full effect when the total solar eclipse takes place around 2:41pm ET.
