The Toronto Maple Leafs going from the bottom of the NHL last season to a playoff hopeful has made Leafs' fans of even the most casual hockey viewer due to how exciting they are out on the ice. And believe it or not, one of those new Leafs' fans getting on the bandwagon early appears to be former NFL wide receiver Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson.

On Sunday, Johnson tweeted his need for a Maple Leafs jersey, and on Monday, Toronto Maple Leafs' Nazem Kadri replied with a number suggestion for Ochocinco.

Johnson then replied to Kadri letting him know he loved him, and that 43 would look boss on him.

It's not the first time a professional athlete in one of the other major sports rocked a Kadri jersey...

We think a Kadri and Johnson jersey swap is in order. Now the only question that remains; what team and name does Kadri want for his Johnson jersey? A Cincinnati Bengals Johnson? A Bengals Ochocinco? A New England Patriots Ochocinco? A Miami Dolphins Johnson? Or a Montreal Alouettes Johnson?
