Most of the NHL players at media day in New York can be considered artists on the ice. Their elite puck skills let them paint masterpieces ever night.

They got another opportunity on Thursday as USA Today Sports offered several players the opportunity to draw their own team’s logo. Nathan MacKinnon, Shayne Gostisbehere, Charlie Coyle, Jonathan Huberdeau, Tanner Pearson, Chris Tanev, Johnny Gaudreau and Jeff Skinner all participated and it had some amazing results.

If we had to choose a top three, we’re taking Charlie Coyle, Nathan MacKinnon and Tanner Pearson. Everybody gave it a good effort, but those logos were pretty complicated and assuming they didn’t spend much time doing them, they turned out pretty accurate.

Gostisbehere’s is pretty accurate too, but the Flyers P just doesn’t have the same level of difficulty as the others.

NHL players are definitely multi-talented. We know of some players like Mika Zibanejad who has launched a music career as a DJ, Ryan Johansen was jamming with Brothers Osborne earlier today and Mark Scheifele has a very…unique set of skills.
