There's no better place to engage in debates than on Twitter, whether they are sports related or not.
Obviously most sports fans enjoy talking sports on social media, especially in reactionary moments, but at times, other subjects can catch the attention of sports fans.
Here's where Nick Bonino comes in. On Monday, he tweeted this out, thus igniting one of the strangest Twitter debates you'll ever see.
Take a second to think which way you button your shirt before replying to Bonino in anger or joy.
As you can probably guess, Bonino got a lot of responses to the question, and he took some time to respond to the people who chimed in:
Safe to say the internet had differing opinions, so Bonino put it to a vote.
Apparently top to bottom isn't as crazy as Bonino initially thought.
Still, that hasn't changed his opinion on the issue.
