Sunday was eventful for the woeful Phoenix Suns as they fired their head coach after starting the season 0-3.

Suns fire head coach Earl Watson & replace him with πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ Jay Triano on an interim basis.

It's hard to believe, but that wasn't even in the most notable thing that happened from Suns land.  After losing by 42 points on Saturday night to the Clippers, Eric Bledsoe tweeted this less than a day later and it set off a social media storm.

The funny thing, though, as per Suns GM Ryan McDonough is that Bledsoe had an alternate explanation for the tweet that nobody is buying:

We can't say with full certainty that Bledsoe is not telling the truth about the tweet, but in our minds, it's like 99.9 percent likely that he was talking about being a Sun and it had nothing to do with hair.

That said, it looks like Bledsoe will get his wish as the team sent him home and will presumably trade him in the coming days.
