Last Friday, the Blackhawks shocked the hockey world by dealing Calder winner and two-time 30-goal scorers Artemi Panarin to the Blue Jackets.
In return, Chicago received a familiar face.

Panarin and Saad are trading places. Who won the deal, the #Blackhawks or the #BlueJackets? πŸ€”

As we said, at just 25-years of age, Panarin already has two 30-goal seasons under his belt while Saad returns to the Windy City, a place where the 24-year-old won two Cups.

Panarin was a great teammate and he and Patrick Kane had a particularly awesome bromance going on.

If you're not a believer in their bromance, though, there was a conversation that happened at the draft that will make you a believer.

As per CSN Chicago, Panarin's agent Dan Milstein saw Kane at the NHL Draft and Kane told Milstein to deliver a message to his former teammate:

β€œJust let [Panarin] know that I love him.”

If you don't think Kane will miss playing with Panarin and being around him every day, you're wrong.

That said, Saad coming back isn't even close to the end of the world for the Blackhawks.
