If you ask NBA fans who the league's villain is, we imagine most would say LeBron James or Draymond Green.

We imagine the hate fans have for James makes him a villain in their minds, but in Green's case, he has villain-like qualities to say the least.

The leader of the Warriors is know for his trash talk and on-court antics, and Thursday night that was on display as he ruthlessly chirped Paul Pierce.

We're not sure if Pierce said anything to Green to make him respond, but either way it was a bold move chirping a future Hall of Famer while he was on the bench.

Pierce, however, didn't let Green get away with the chirp as he responded on Twitter after the game.

If you thought the "blew a 3-1 lead" jokes were getting old, Pierce just brought new life to them.

The last year was a historic one for blown leads. Which was the worst?

Obviously Green's trash talk won't help the Warriors shed their "villains" label, but it seems like they've embraced that role more than anything.

As far as Golden State's rivalry with the Clippers goes, the Warriors have won 10 games in a row against Los Angeles, and every win against them this season has been by double digits.

The Warriors' 50-point 3rd quarter was capped off with this ridiculous Steph Curry 3 at the buzzer. #SCtop10
